These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and the operator of this website regarding your use of the site and any purchase you make. Please read them carefully. By browsing this site, registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to register or order
2. Our products are dietary supplements and are not sold to minors
3. You agree that the registration and delivery details you provide are true, accurate and complete, and that you will keep them up to date

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe. Do not share or transfer your account
• Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours. If you believe your account has been misused, contact us immediately
• We may restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abusive ordering, bulk reselling or other breaches of these Terms

3. Products and orders

1. We work to keep product descriptions, ingredients, images and prices accurate. Where a typographical or system error causes an inaccuracy, we reserve the right to correct it
2. After you submit an order we send a confirmation. The contract is formed and processing begins once payment has succeeded
3. We may cancel an order and refund you in full where: the product is out of stock or delisted, a price was clearly mispriced, the delivery address cannot be served, or the transaction appears fraudulent or breaches these Terms
4. Prices and charges are those shown at checkout and include applicable taxes

4. Payment

• Available payment methods are shown on the payment page; payment processing becomes available only after activation. See payment information
• You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. For disputes arising from failed, declined or refunded payments, please contact the payment provider and our support team
• We do not store your full card details or payment password

5. Delivery, risk and title

• Delivery coverage, lead times and shipping fees are set out in the Shipping Policy
• Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Losses caused by incorrect delivery details, refusal of delivery or failure to cooperate with customs clearance are your responsibility
• Once the carrier has delivered and the parcel is accepted, delivery is complete

6. Returns and refunds

The conditions, process and timing for returns, replacements and refunds are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. That policy does not affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection law.

7. Product information and health notices

1. Our products are dietary supplements. They are not a substitute for medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease
2. Information on this site is for general reference and is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use
3. Use the product as directed on the packaging and keep it out of reach of children
4. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, trademarks, page designs and software on this site are protected by law. You may not copy, republish, scrape or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not use this site to publish unlawful or infringing content, interfere with its normal operation, run automated bulk data collection, place orders using another person's identity, or use our products for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control or by third-party service interruptions, including payment, logistics and cloud services
• Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the affected order
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

11. Changes and governing law

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an effective date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction. If consumer protection law in your own country gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected

PayPal availability depends on merchant/product approval and server configuration. Payment requires explicit consent to the current payment information and refund conditions. Order amounts/currencies are fixed by the saved order; browser approval is not payment confirmation. Pending or unknown results must be checked before another payment.
