- Replies may be delayed on Malaysian and Singaporean public holidays, but never by more than 48 hours
2. Who to contact for what
- Orders and delivery — order status, address changes, parcel issues → include your order number and the recipient's name
- After-sales and refunds — quality issues, returns, replacements → include your order number, a description and photos or video (see the Refund & Returns Policy)
- Product questions — ingredients, directions, who it suits → tell us the exact product name
- Account and privacy — account issues or access / correction / deletion requests → email us from your registered address and mark it "Privacy request" (see the Privacy Policy)
- Business enquiries — brand partnerships, wholesale, creator collaborations → email myshengyan@qq.com with a short company or account profile
3. Before you order
- Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm you are 18+
- These are dietary supplements and not a substitute for medicine. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor first
- We currently deliver across Malaysia and Singapore; other markets are being added. Check the Shipping Policy for coverage
- Prices are always confirmed at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and currency
- If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your spam folder first, then contact us
